managing a large automobile workshop having 10 to 15 Bays handling LCVs and HCVs
including Ashok Leyland Vehicles. Candidate should have experience in trouble
shooting, workshop/Floor activities, planning and execution, productivity
management, Warranty management, Commercial operations and running the
workshop as a profit centre.Persons with suitable experience and willing to
accept challenges, work with total involvement/dedication to
achieve goals/targets set by the company need apply. Should be conversant with
CRM, DMS etc.

Asst Works Manager: DME with 10 years of experience in managing a large

Service Engineer : DME with 3 to 4 years of experience in an automobile
workshop handling LCVs and HCVs. Experience in understanding customer
complaints, opening up job card thru' System, follow up of jobs and completion,
job card closing, assisting/guiding mechanics technically during repairs in the
bay etc. Computer knowledge is a must.
Age : Around 25 years.
Service Marketing Engineer: DME or Graduate with 4 to 5 years of
experience in any automobile workshop mainly promoting workshop services for LCV
& HCV customers. Candidates with good communication skills and a flair for
service marketing may apply.
Age: Around 25 years.
Mechanics Engine/Unit RC : ITI with 10 to 12 years of experience in
overhauling of aggregates viz AL 370/400/411 Engines, Hino Engines both NA & TC,
Clutch assy, ZF Gearbox, Meritor Rear Axle/Drive Head, Rane Power steering assy
etc.
Age : Around 35 years.
Mechanics: ITI with 6 to 8 years of experience in an automobile workshop
attending to servicing & repairs Ashok Leyland trucks and buses. Should be
conversant with fault diagonosis/trouble shooting, all type of repairs to
engine, clutch, gearbox, propellershaft, rearaxle, powersteering, brakes,
suspension both spring and air etc.
Age : Around 30 years
Asst Mechanics : ITI with one year of apprenticeship in any automobile
related manufacturing company. Knowing about Ashok Leyland vehicles' aggregates
viz engine, clutch, gearbox, propellershaft, frontaxle, rearaxle, powersteering, suspension
will be preferrable.
Age: 20 years
Auto Electrician cum AC Mechanic : ITI with 8 to 10 years of experience
in repairing independantly auto electrical items- starter motor,
alternator, vehicle wiring,also repairing Air conditioning system of luxury
coaches need apply.
Age : 32 to 35 years
Store in charge : Any graduate with 5 to 6 years of experience in an
automobile workshop store and coversant with Ashok Leyland vehicles' spare parts
may apply. Computer knowledge is a must.
Age : Around 30 years
Accountant/Cashier : Any graduate with 3 years of experience in
accounting and handling of cash need apply. Computer knowledge is a must.
